Dessy Group has partnered with GlobalShopex to fulfill international orders.
To place an order for delivery outside of the U.S., please add your items to your bag/cart and click the "International Checkout" button on the bag/cart page. Your items will automatically transfer to the GlobalShopex cart where you will complete your transaction.
On the GlobalShopex checkout page, you will see pre-calculated shipping rates. You may also choose to view and prepay duties and taxes with GlobalShopex. If not paid beforehand, you must coordinate payment when your order arrives in country. Please make arrangements with your local customs office to pay these fees when your order arrives.
You may pay for your order with international credit cards through PayPal, a personal PayPal account, SafetyPay, bank transfer, and other forms of payment.
If you have ordered an in-stock item, it takes approximately 3-5 business days for your Dessy Group package to arrive at the GlobalShopex facility. The package is then shipped from GlobalShopex for international transit which takes 5-12 days depending on your location. Please estimate a total transit time of 8-17 business days for your international order to arrive.
If your order is a special order item with standard delivery, allow 7-9 weeks for the order to arrive at our facility in the U.S.. It then takes approximately 3-5 business days for your Dessy Group package to arrive at the GlobalShopex facility. The package is then shipped from GlobalShopex for international transit which takes 5-12 days depending on your location.
